Wheatgrass Juice Kosher Certification
Kosher certification is in place for November 1, 2017 – October 31, 2018. We need to decide whether or not to extend this certification. Please tell us if Kosher certification is is important to you.
We have always worked hard to keep a clean facility. I can confirm that no meat or dairy products come from the farm and there is no possibility of cross contamination. In addition, the cutting process does not lead to any insect content in the harvested plants or the juice. This is confirmed by the lack of B12 in nutritional tests. B12 is only present in products with animal products and by-products.
