Making Wheatgrass Juice
Juicing wheatgrass for quality requires some technology so we can juice, package and freeze without any loss of nutrition. Old world farming and high tech juicing are a perfect combination.
Wheatgrass Washing
This 34 second slow-motion video is just 2 seconds of real-time. We wash and agitate the wheatgrass extremely well in sanitizing and safe ozonated water. Afterwards, the grass is rinsed with fresh well water at a rate of 22 gallons (83 litres) per minute.
